Bring Garmin Connect and MacrosFirst together so your training, health, and nutrition data can stay in sync in one easier daily view. For anyone using a Garmin watch or smart scale, this would make it much simpler to match what you eat with how active you are—especially on training days, long run days, and rest days.
With a Garmin Connect integration, you could:
See calories in and calories out together by viewing calories burned from Garmin alongside the macros and calories you log in MacrosFirst.
Adjust nutrition more easily for training vs. rest days, so you can tell when you may need more food after runs, lifts, or other workouts.
Sync steps automatically from your Garmin watch, which is especially useful for people who use step count to guide nutrition targets and daily activity goals.
Import workouts and activities from Garmin to help you plan and review nutrition before, during, and after workouts—including long-distance runs.
Sync weight from Garmin smart scales so weigh-ins flow into MacrosFirst without extra manual logging.
Sync water tracking between Garmin and MacrosFirst, making it easier to stay on top of hydration without entering it twice.
Optionally share data both ways between MacrosFirst and Garmin Connect, including key info like calories, macros, weight, and water.
This would be a huge quality-of-life upgrade for users who already rely on Garmin every day for health and fitness tracking. Many in the community have said they prefer MacrosFirst over MyFitnessPal and would love the same Garmin connection here—some even saying it would be a must-have feature and a reason to subscribe.
